7-Up Cake
Ready in 1 Hour 15 Min
Serves 8-12 people
Ingredients
1 ½ Cups Margarine OR unsalted Butter
3 Cups Sugar
5 eggs
3 Cups Flour
2 Tablespoon Lemon Extract
¾ Cup 7 Up
Preparation
Mix sugar and Margarine (or bitter) together. Beat until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time. Beat with a blender after each egg.
Add flour and continue beating.
Add lemon extract and 7-Up and continue beating till well blended.
Mix contents into a well greased Bundt pan.
Bake at 325 for 1- ¼ hours. Check with a knife to make sure it is thoroughly cooked.
Tips
Sprinkle confectioners (powder) sugar on top for extra pizazz!
